With over 30 years of extensive experience, Mr. Tse specializes in compliance, corporate governance, and company secretarial matters for both listed and non-listed companies.

Ms. Chan Pui Shan,ACG, HKACG Ms. Chan is an Associate of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute. She possesses over 20 years of professional experience in compliance, corporate governance, and company secretarial practices for listed and non-listed organizations. Ms. Chan holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science in Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance from City University of Hong Kong.
