The intended address of the Company's registered office in Hong Kong, which may be provided by Uni-1

At least one shareholder and one director (over 18 years old) who can be the same person of any nationality or the same body corporate

	Corporate secretary who shall be an individual ordinarily reside in Hong Kong or a body corporate having its registered office or a place of business in Hong Kong
	At least one person as designated representative to provide assistance relating to the significant controllers register, such person can be a director, employee or member of the Company resident in Hong Kong, or accounting professional, legal professional or TCSP licensee, which may be acted by Uni-1
